I have communicated digitally before and have received texts that left me wondering whether the sender was being serious or joking. When it happened, I wasn't quite sure how to respond. It made me wonder if I had said something that didn't set right with them. I felt bad, and because of this experience, I use emojis so there is no doubt as to my meaning. I wish more people would use them.
I am on Facebook and have several friends (small town; everyone knows everyone), and every once in a while one person will be upset with another and before you know it, profanity is going back and forth. This is not the forum for airing your dirty laundry. There are times when I think to myself, why do I waste my time?!
