I had a colleague targeted through her school email for something that happened outside of school. The person, not my colleague, used our website to find the email addresses of our staff and sent a very inappropriate email to our staff about my colleague. I was able to auto delete the email, but only after 24 hours. My colleague was completely embarrassed. I then had to explain to all staff how this can not be prevented as we can't block all incoming email without blocking good emails. The email in question was sent from a temp gmail account.
Another example would be when students use the photos available online of our teachers and make inappropriate memes or gifs... Of course the teachers are upset, but once again there is no fix. I have our pictures blocked from being copied or downloaded, so then the students take screenshots.
