Inappropriate use of digital media

I am always saddened by the way people pipe in on facebook or other social media with their opinions on situations they know nothing about or just have the info posted and don't bother to learn more.  A couple years ago there was a "bullying" situation that was being dragged through the media and the sad part was it was incomplete picture.
