Inappropriate use of digital media

I had a parent at my school file a freedom of information act.  She requested any email containing her son's name.  She was given around 1600 sheets of paper with emails that had her son's name in it.  She was unhappy with his services and wanted to know what the school was saying about her son.  All 1600 pages were appropriate but it was a real eye opener for me.  Do not type or engage in inappropriate conversations about students unless you are okay with a parent reading it.
