Inappropriate use of digital media

The only time I can remember about inappropriate use of digital media. I was extremely upset with a comment that was directed to me in an email about my coaching strategies. Unfortunately it became a power struggle or heated scenario. After everything was said and done, I felt bad and apologized. Then I asked the individual involved to come to a meeting with our AD and principal to determine a better outcome for all.
