I have seen many instances of inappropriate use of media. In our school just last year, we had several emails sent from students who were careless in who they sent them to. Emails about the student's private life ended up going to every student and staff email in the entire school.
Teens that I know have been the recipient or seen examples of many hateful emails, containing slander/profanity, etc., meant to bully, etc.
Another example of inappropriate use is by students when doing research. So many seem unable or unwilling to put text into their own words, and end up plagiarizing. The worst part is that they do not seem to care, and will copy/paste entire articles, changing one or two words, and claim that they've made it their own.
