Sadly, this is not an uncommon topic for me as an intermediate educator. A particular recent incident was between two of my students. The male student was asking for the female students romantic friendship. When she didn't respond, his texts got increasingly vulgar. The girl's mother got this information, took pictures of it, and informed the school of the situation. This was all done outside of school, but it impacted the learning environment for this girl. Actions were taken to discipline the male student, and the students schedule was changed to decrease contact. I believe the students have moved on from this situation. Thus the need for educators to teach norms and responsibilities.
