Inappropriate use of social media

Recently, some female students took inappropriate pictures of themselves and put them on Snap Chat.  One of the boys at school ended up with the pictures saved on his phone.  Kids at the event then proceded to call the kid a pervert and  rapist.  He became very distraught and tried to kill himself.  He was extremely embarased and  scared of what his parents would do.  Whether he was "hacked" as he claimed or whether he saved the pictures on his own, is irrelevant. The pictures should never have been on Snap chat.  the girls were inappropriate and should no longer be allowed on Snap Chat.
