Well again as a Sub this stuff doesn't seem pertinent but it very well may be as I have learned a lot about some students and bullying through parents who showed me messages on this. WEird right? But I've been subbing in a district for ten years now and in some ways feel like a grandma to these kids. I get to know them really well by the time they graduate and knowing how to positively influence them is what I love about my job! Instagram may help know how they need encouraged as in treat others with care!!
