Like many others, I though instagram was just for socializing with friends and family. I never thought of it in the context of teaching. The ability to search for hashtags is completely new to me, I thought it was only relevant in the Twitter realm. This can gain you some great tips and advice, but I find the sifting through the endless capabilities, to find good quality information, to be a dauntless task.
Some that I did find are Stedisub, and Teachinginthefastlane.
I also looked up #lessonplans, #substituteteaching, and #classroommanagement all with countless pieces of material, finding the quality is the keypoint.
