Internet Safely: Facebook Privacy Settings

I explored Facebook privacy settings. I am embarrassed that I did not know more about the many possibilities available in privacy settings and how to adjust them. I am a new Facebook user and post very infrequently. I do have a few friends that I enjoy keeping in contact with in this way, but I want to limit the people who have access to the information I post.
