I went to my own Facebook page to see my settings. I have only 100 people as friends, mostly relatives and the rest are close friends. As a result I feel good about most of my settings allowing friends to see my email, phone, and other info. I think the lesson is to limit your friends on facebook to people you know and trust with your information.
