I looked into Facebook. I have looked into the privacy settings on my phone before but it has been a while since I looked at it on a desktop. There are many things that were new to me. One of them is that I can choose friends to contact if I get locked out. I can also have two ways to log into Facebook. It shows where I have logged on in the past. One thing that I have been meaning to do for a while is change my password and that was solved.
