I have checked my privacy settings on Facebook, the only platform I regularly use, and have found that the default settings are back to public, whereas I was sure that they had been set to friends only. This goes to demonstrate that these settings should be checked often. I am very careful about what I post and how I use social media, but it it eye-opening to see how easily and how often things change.
