I investigated Twitter and they were quick to point out to their customers in their Privacy Policy that, "What you say on the Twitter Services may be viewed all around the world instantly. You are what you Tweet!" Even as an adult I was aware that Twitter must have a policy such as this, but I had never bothered to read it until this assignment prompted me to. Boy was I surprised by the details within the policy. Students will become bored with the reading, as I did too, so it will be important to condense the importance of such a policy and to highlight the parts that have the most accountability.
