I explored the privacy settings on Facebook. It gives you the options to share your posts, information, etc. with everyone, friends of friends, or just your friends. It can be helpful having your settings set to share with just your friends, but like they have talked about in videos you must make sure that you are only accepting friend requests of people you actually know. It scares me that people will just add new friends because they like the idea of having a large number of friends. Parents, teachers, and adults should model and talk to kids about how to safely use social media sites. And go back and check privacy settings from time to time.
