I have elected to not use much social media as I feel strongly about keeping my personal life personal as well as being concerned about safety. That being said, I do have a twitter account and a Facebook account, both for professional reasons. Both accounts were set up a long time ago when not much attention was placed on security and privacy. While I should have known to look periodically at the settings, I have to admit that I did not do so. I will do better!
