I have checked out the security features of both facebook and instagram. Facebook has a variety of features to filter your profile to only your friends, specific people, or all public. Instagram has features to allow only people who you accept as followers to see your photos. Security features for both sites are easy to find and use. I hope people take the time to do this, so information and photos of themselves is not out there for the public to see and use!
