What social networking site did you explore and what settings in that site should users be aware? Post to the forum by clicking the link below:
For social networking sites I have the following: Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter. I have reviewed my settings to make sure that privacy is set to friends only on Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram. On these platforms I post photos of myself and family members. I do not want anyone to see these besides family and friends. On Twitter I have public as I do to post anything besides retweets from school items or coaching. Keeping settings to what you want to protect yourself and your family/friends is important so not having on public for random strangers to see posts and pictures. You do not know if there are predators seeking out information about you or others.
On each platform watching for spam invites from random people. Also that of scam messages as well for those trying to get money or information too.
