I generally try to check my privacy settings on Facebook and Twitter every few months or so. I have my Facebook settings to Friends only and for who can send me friend requests it was everyone and I changed it to friends of friends. I also changed my password as I don't think I've done that in well over a year.
I see many students using Facebook on a daily basis and it amazes me how many of them have their privacy settings wide open...
This module has a lot of great information that should be shared with parents, students, and colleagues.
