I periodically go in and check my Facebook settings and ask friends to tell me what they can see. I have even gone so far as to unfriend someone so they can look at what people who are not my friends can see. I have also removed almost all of my personal information I had originally included. There is no reason for anyone to be able to find my phone number on Facebook. I don't post anything crazy or too personal either.
