I use Facebook, Twitter and Instagram regularly. On Facebook and Instagram I constantly monitor my privacy settings. I also have to okay those who want to friend me or follow me. As for Twitter I leave it open. I am a firm believer that if you are concerned about what others might see, then you shouldn't be posting it anyway!
