I use my Facebook regularly. I do try to keep up with the privacy policy on a regular basis. I keep it as locked down as possible. Hiding my friend list from others and only sharing things to friends. I do not post much personal stuff. I also don't have many friends out there and only friend people I know.
IF you are not careful with any social media site, it is easy to get personal info about you.
