I chose Facebook as my social networking site to explore. I use facebook a lot, however, I have not looked at the settings on my account lately. There are a ton of settings you could choose from to help your account stay safe. The few I recommend to everyone are: 1) Login Alerts 2) Recognized devices 3) Legacy Contact- This one seems morbid because you set it up for when you die so someone else can partially manage your account. This one I would not push, but it is a good idea. I have had friends who have passed away and it would have been nice if someone could have gone onto their accounts and let others know what happened or save some of the pictures they had stored. Did you know they can memorialize your account after you pass away?
