Internet Safety

Internet safety is a big concern of mine for both myself and my kids. I have a lot of the social media sites that were mentioned to check out. I will be sure to go in more often now and check on my privacy settings. My kids are still little so I am already having the conversation with them about who to talk to while they are online and what information they need to share. It concerns me just a little as a parent of how easy it is for kids to get lured into a conversation with someone online, thinking they know who this person is. I tell me kids to not accept chat/friend requests from people they don't know directly. Also to never give out personal information online. I do hope that I have given my kids the tools to be safe online and to make good choice while they are online as well.
