I regularly use Facebook for personal use and have safety settings in place so that friends are the only ones who can see what I post and share. Same goes for Twitter as much as I can. I've been able to search people/parents of students/former students and often find that they aren't as protected as they should be. It's a good topic to talk with students about because our students have seen first hand how fast pictures can spread and how illegal the pictures and sharing can be.
