Users in the digital world should have rights such as privacy, online safety, freedom of expression, and control over their personal information. Users also have responsibilities to communicate respectfully, protect their accounts, avoid spreading misinformation, and respect other people’s privacy online.

I agree, there are too many people out there (young and old) who don't understand that the freedom of speech does not mean freedom of consequence. They think keyboard and screen gives them security and safety from the consequences of their actions.
