Justin Steinmetz Norms and Responsibilities

I feel like freedom should be a norm for user rights.  The problem then is abusing the freedom by the user doing immoral activities etc.

Another norm would be for users to be able to collaborate to help better our society.  

Balancing screen time should be a norm for users.  Twenty years ago we could only have students have an hour of digital accommodations and now we can have students on digitally the whole school day and then at home as well.
