Users on the internet are certainly allowed the rights as long as there actions don't infringe on the rights of others. In using this right, they need to also accept the consequences of their actions online. Their responsibilities lie within the laws and policies of the country they live in. One of the consequences I personally believe in, is that that those that falsify their identity in order to try to "get away with" things behind the screen, should be removed and or blocked from use. This is difficult I understand, but without this consequence for misuse, we allow an online world that isn't fit for consumption or use.
