I think the right to privacy is so important and yet so hard to ensure. Cameras/phone are everywhere. I think we need to educate parents as well as our students. For example, I'm very careful with who and what I post regarding my students. Many times parents will attend field trips and add things, including photos, of other people's children. It's hard to patrol. One of the apps my kids use for writing allows them up take and use pictures in the classroom. This year I'm going to talk to the kids about making sure the others are OK with their pictures being used, and why it's important to do so.
