1. Privacy. Your information is not for sale to advertisers unless you click (or fail to click) a box. This setting can be changed at anytime at the discretion of the user. The provider must make their policy clear on who and under what circumstances they will share data.
2. On most platforms you are a guest. You do not have absolute freedom speech/expression.
3. Access/interface. Until there is true universal coverage of a defined government standard, platforms should be able to support various access points (ie phone on slow network, dial up, dsl broadband). Not every device and use can see or support animated gifs often used as replies. Text only devices still exist and equitable access to content should be ensured.
