I strongly believe that keeping all people safe is a responsibility that needs to be expressed in the digital world. Not only adults, but our youth as well. I feel adults have the responsibility to protect our youth's access to digital tools, apps, or resources and wish parental control or guidance was a regularly practiced norm by all caregivers in today's world. I believe proactively monitoring what our children and/or students have access to will greatly benefit the mental health of youth, will help resolve peer conflict at school and home, and will ultimately create a much happier society for all.
In addition, I would love to see a world in which respecting the privacy of others in a digital world was a norm. Imagining a world in which people no longer had to worry about account being hacked or information being stolen is truly a beautiful dream.
