I believe that in the digital world you should have freedom of speech. There are certain things that people do not say out in public. Then they will get online and voice those thoughts, and do not think conquecnes com with the actions. Privacy and knowing there are consequences to actions should be remembered when sharing information or voicing an opinion publicly. Users should understand that all information they share should be factual.
