The user rights that I feel that should be part the the norms in the digital world include free speech an usage. People have the right to express themselves, share their opinions and to have access to the internet. At the same time they must be responsible in how and where they express themselves just like they should in the face to face world. Everyone needs to be aware that once something is posted even for a few seconds it is out of their control. You never know who has seen it or if they have copied and reposted.
