Norms and Resonsibility

We need to teach children how to be responsible in the digital world.  I feel this needs to come from home and from educators at school.  The digital world is changing at a rapid pace. Adults need to stay on top of the changes and help educate the youth.  We need to make sure students know how to deal with what comes a long with the digital world.  They need to know how to make good responsible decisions .  Social media can the digital world can be very useful in education.  There just needs to be clear directions and conversations to guarantee  the students are safe and educated.

I totally agree with you that kids need to hear about digital citizenship from parents/guardians, community and teachers.  The more they are exposed hopefully the more responsible they will be and can teach others about digital responsibility.
