Norms and Responsibilites

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?
        I feel that the right to privacy when it comes to banking, passwords, photos, we should feel confident that these things are protected! I have had an experience with my account being hacked more than once and it is not a fun process.

What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in the digital world?
        I feel users should use the internet responsibly by following the rules and not downloading illegally, sending hurtful or wrongful things to others. Report anything that is harmful to you or others.  The internet should be used for positive things!!
