Students should have the right to be able to use the digital world to gather information that they may use to problem solve, create, and share meaningful work safely. Students also need to understand that they have a responsibility to not infringe on others' rights. As educators, we have the responsibility to make sure our students understand their rights and responsibilities instead of just explaining it at the beginning of the school year.
