Users should have the right to interact with the digital world without fear of having their personal data collected and shared with third party agencies. Users should also have the right to review which entities have collected personal information and given the opportunity to reclaim that information and issue a cease and desist if they no longer want that entity to have and/or share their information.
User responsibilities should include ability to evaluate the validity trustworthiness of internet domains. It is the user's responsibility to be cautious with personal information online, to be conscious of the search terms they use and where they might lead, and users should have a sense of community responsibility to report infringements of others' rights and responsibilities
