What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?
User's should have the right to freedom of speech and to be safe in the digital world.  People should be able to express their feelings/opinions, but should also do so in a respectful as to not cause harm to others. People should be able to be safe from physical or mental harm in the digital world as well.

What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
User's should be responsible for the information we share  and our behaviors while using the digital world. People need to be mindful of sharing appropriate information, sharing to help not harm, and to check that information received and shared is valid, accurate and truthful.

I agree with you. People have to be responsible for what they share and post. We want our rights and privacy protected, but we can't be sharing our own information irresponsibly.
