Norms and Responsibilities

I've seen a lot of posts about common sense and the norms.  It's funny cause who knows what those are anymore.  I think people should have the right to freedom of speech as long as there is no profanity, nudity, or intent to hurt someone else.  People need to be responsible in all of these areas.  I feel like people should be able to browse or search the web without having to deal with profanity and nudity.  I want my kids to be able to use technology correctly and will educate them to overlook others who don't follow these same norms and are not responsible.
