Norms and Responsibilities

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?

I believe that students have the right to share and respond to the content they see on the internet - especially the right to respond to what others post. However, I also believe that students need to understand that they have to take general responsibility for what they post. Students need to be taught that posting some content (especially untrue or potentially hurtful content) can have negative consequences.
