Norms and Responsibilities

I feel that access to technology and the knowledge therein should be a right that everyone should have in the world.  However, all people should be aware of how technology can be used both inform, entertain, and misinform you.  It should be a right and a responsibility of everyone to understand digital citizenship.  Children should be aware of the face they are showing the world with their online presence.  They should be informed about how websites can use unsecured information.  It is their right to use the technology at their fingertips and then their responsibility to use their knowledge when using resources or posting data online.
