Norms and Responsibilities

I think all users should have the right to feel safe in the digital world.  They should have the right to be protected from cyberbulling, harrassament and scams.  Users should be responsible in the digital world by realizing that information put on the internet is permanent and that things put on the internet in the past can come back to have a negative effect.

The permanent part or your post is probably the scariest part of the digital world for many people.
