Norms and Responsibilities

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?

-The right to privacy especially in those areas that have always been protected: banking, photos, etc.
-The right to express yourself  without fear of threats or hurtful language.
-The right to collaboration with others in a safe a secure environment.

-The responsibility to never illegally download materials that are protected by copyright: i.e. music and all educational papers.
-The responsibility to be an ethical person who does not use the digital world for hateful and inappropriate language.
- The responsibility to use digital resources as one would use traditional methods of working in a group, reading a book, etc.
