What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?

Users should be respectful of the rights of others when posting things.  A user should not post anything that will affect a person's right to privacy by posting something without permission.
Users should not post anything that is harmful to themself or others.
Users should obey the laws associated with copywright and property laws.
Users should follow the rules and expectations of individuals and groups that they are posting on or about.
