What user rights should be part of the digital world?
The first digital norm should be a person should have a right to privacy. Without privacy anyone can try to take a persons identity. They can also bully or harass anyone. There should be freedom of speech. But laws should be put in place so if someone is being bullied or harassed there are consequences to these actions. I believe that certain forums and certain sites have age limits and certain warnings to let them know this site cannot be entered until a certain age. Parents also need to be aware of what their children are seeing on these sites and or doing on these sites.
