What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?
Individuals should have the right to freely yet respectfully express their opinions and thoughts on different matters. The information that is posted should be accurate and true. People should have the right to agree or disagree with others; however, how they express these opinions is very important too.

What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
Just because an individual has a right to publish or post information, opinions, and thoughts does not mean they necessarily should. This is where a user's responsibilities begins. A user should consider their motive, how their thoughts and opinions will affect others and themselves, and is any personal information being posted which should be kept private. With opportunity comes responsibility.
