Norms and Responsibilities

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  
Each person should have the right to express themselves in an appropriate manner.  They should have the right to be safe and free of harassment.  People should have their privacy maintained at all times.


What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
While each person has the rights I have mentioned above, they have the responsibility to do so that others' rights are still maintained.  What a person says or does should maintain the privacy and be free of harassment of others.
