Norms and Responsibilities

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world?  I think every user should have the right to privacy and also free expression.  I hesitated on the free expression aspect of my statement because that can lead to people expressing hurtful, inaccurate, and ignorant ideas, but I feel that censoring what people can express is a slippery slope.  I think people should be free to express what they want, but with the knowledge that free expression does not mean the user is free from consequences.  What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?  I believe all users should be responsible for their actions online knowing that their actions have consequences and that all users should be granted personal privacy.
