Norms and Responsibilities

I believe the first norm should be transparencey on the part of social media companies in how they share personal information and how their algorithms work when it comes to pushing content to users.  The second norm should be the repeal of Section 230 that allows technology companies to not have the same responsibilities as media companies.  This would put more emphasis in tech companies playing fair regarding content.  This would allow users to sue tech companies like a media company when content is false and harmful.  The third is that I think there should be easier content control for parents to limit what their children view online.
